Beavercreek's Taylor Ewert (OH) ran the 13th all-time fastest girls 5K at the NXN National Championships en route to a 3rd place finish in 2018.

Three of the most memorable performances in the meet's history occurred during this year, nearly a decade ago.

Big changes are afoot in the girls Dual County League cross country teams. Gone is the enormous shadow cast by two time all-state champion, three time DCL champion, and four time Globe cross-country all-scholastic Andrea Keklak from Lincoln-Sudbury. Gone too is two-time cross country Globe all-scholastic Kathy O'Keefe from Newton South, DCL runner-up to Keklak the last two years.

Many events are wide-open as the seniors take one last shot at glory.

Andrea Keklak scorches a 2:08.78 to win the 800m, while Moira Cronin leaps to US#3 in the high jump.

Several athletes opted for road races while the future of Massachusetts track and field was on display at the NDA Rt. 228 Invitational.

Dual meet season in underway and the state rankings are starting to fill-up.

The seniors raised the bar for the entire state, and we watched events become so fiercely competitive that only nationally ranked performances had a chance at the podium.

The Reggie Lewis Center will be rocking on Friday night as the top high school talent from MA, NH, ME, VT, RI, CT will be competing in the 24th New England Indoor Track & Field Championship. This meet attracts some of the top talent in the country. Highlighting the girls action will be Andrea Keklak (Lincoln-Sudbury, MA) who is the US #1 at 1000m, Keklak will also run the 4x800. Other top talent includes Linsdey Crevoiserat (Glastonbury, CT), Maya Waton (Danbury, CT), Rebecca Robinson (Arlington, MA), & Vanessa Clerveaux (Brockton, MA). With all the top talent there are several meet records in danger of being broken, don't miss any of the action, follow along as Milesplit brings you all the action.
