Six Events You Can't Miss At Coaches Invitational!

Boys' Two Mile

We picked this race because it comes before the mile and is the first event that Arlington's Ryan Oosting will be competing in on Saturday. We're assuming that Oosting might be shooting for a fast time. Remember, he ran 8:57 during the indoor season and was second at New Balance Nationals where he clocked 9:01. We're not predicting he'll run close to those times this weekend, but a time of 9:15 or faster in the 2M he's capable of with still enough in the tank to come back and run a competitive mile race. Oosting's top competitor in the deuce is Xaverian Brother's John Mariano, who has the top-seeded time of 9:34. While that's a strong time by the tenth-grader. Oosting will be solo in his effort by the time he reaches the mile mark.
