Central, 4x200m, 4x400m relay
The Knights are the fastest in both of these races. Last month, this quartet set a state record of 3:22.48 for the 4x400m at the Ocean Breeze Invitational in Staten Island, N.Y. At the state meet, the Knights set a facility and state meet record of 1:31.05 in the 4x200m. The last stop before heading to the Big Apple for the New Balance Nationals could be twice as nice for this group.
