• All heats will run slow to fast.
• No trials/final format. All Finals! 
• Field Events begin at 10:00 AM and Track events begin at 10:15 AM
• All qualified athletes plus one free entry (if they are close to the standard)
• Field events will be set in flights with a max. of 16 athletes per flight, by seed (best to less best)
• All throws and horizontal jumps will receive 4 jumps/throws. NO TRAILS / FINALS

• Long Jump: 2 pits Girls and Boys Followed by the Triple Jump Girls and Boys
• Shot Put: Girls Followed by Boys
• High Jump: Girls followed by Boys
• Discus: Boys followed by Girls
• Javelin: Boys followed by Girls

Track Start Time = 10:15 AM (Rolling schedule)

Order of events: All events are Girls followed by Boys
