• All track events will be run as a timed final, and there will be no awards or team scoring at this meet.

  Entry Restrictions: 6 athletes per team for field, sprints, and hurdles and 2 relay teams per school

  Field and Running Events will start at 3:00 pm

We are also bringing back the Iron Throws competition for our throwers!

In the Iron Throws, all entered throwers will participate in all 3 throwing events for. total combined distance including shot x3, plus discus, plus javelin for a total distance!
