Order of Events for Field Events
Open Pit LJ @ 4, Open until 5:15, triple to follow
Boys HJ @ 4, girls to follow
Girls Discus @ 4, boys to follow
Boys Jav @ 4, girls to follow
Girls Shot @ 4:30, boys to follow
A few points of emphasis at Taconic:
- Please make team camps behind the 100m start on the paved area or grass
- Running will begin at 4:30
- all athletes who have not been checked in to field events will be scratched when the event begins
- Swearing rules will be strictly enforced by the officials
- Suggest having parents park at high school and walk up path to the track
- Hurdles will be run in lanes 2-6 for 100/110s and 1-5 for 400h
