Apponequet's Newhall shines in crowded field at Sunset Invite May 4, 2014

NEW BEDFORD — It is the unanimous choice as the worst event in the Sunset Invitational Track Meet, but he is very good at it. Josh Newhall, a senior at Apponequet, lowered his personal best in the 400-meter hurdles by a second, winning the event in 58.57 on the track at Greater New Bedford Voc-Tech on Saturday.
