Michelle Savoie Leads Milford to a Multi's Title

Just two days after the All-State Championships, Michelle Savoie of Milford returned to the Reggie Lewis Center to win the MSTCA Pentathlon by 202 points over second place Vanessa Noelte of Seekonk. Savoie placed 10th in the high jump and 2nd in the long jump at the state meet, but fatigue was apparently not an issue. She amassed 3219 points to win the multi-event competition; a mark that places her 6th on the All-Time Massachusetts Pentathlon list according to the MSTCA website.
