Xaverian defended their conference title winning the conference meet with 32 points. BC High, with 4 of the top ten, finished second with 43 points and ahead of SJP with 68 points. Dennis Muldoon of Catholic Memorial, in his first season of XC, won the varsity race in 16:34, with BC High's Ian O'Leary in second in 16:42.
