        By taking the top 2019 300 Meter Dash time and top 400 Meter dash time of our Massachusetts returning girls athletes, we have found the top combined time between the two. This stat shows us the the top returning sprinters in the state that are most competative in both Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field.
        Leading the charge on our list is India Ingemi from Beverly High School. India ran her fastest 300m of 40.35 at the MIAA Division 2 Championships where she finished second. This time is also good enough for the fastest 300 Meter Dash time on our list. India ran her fasted 2019 400 Meter Dash time, 56.27, at the Massachusetts (MIAA) All-State Outdoor Championship where she won. India has run a fasted 400m time (55.87) but that was during her 2018 Outdoor season.
