Odds And Ends
Team-wise, Massachusetts' teams weren't able to finishing among the top-two qualifying spots at Nike, but they were able to have five squads place ninth or better. The girls had three of those teams with Wellesley finishing fourth, Milton taking ninth and Shepherd Hill securing ninth. Saint John's, led by a 6-7 finish from Joshua Rahn and Patrick Craemer, placed sixth. Concord-Carlisle was seventh with senior Zander Kessler finishing 12th overall. Behind Andrew Mah for Newton North, a 14th place finisher, was Ian Horsburgh, who was tenth overall.
Of the 102 that competed in the girls' race at Foot Locker, Littleton's Sarah Roffman was an impressive 13th overall. Her twin sister, Kaitlyn Roffman was 27th.
