Lucas Aramburu, Brookline
Aramburu was one of the six runners to break 16 in the loaded Division 1 race at the EMass Division 1 States. His time of 15:47.45 placed him third overall, about 25 seconds behind Mah. He won his race at the Twilight Invitational in 15:32 and took second to Mah at the Bay State Conference meet where he was timed in 15:13 for three-plus miles. Aramburu is a tough competitor who always manages to finish near the top. Watch for him to challenge his season best from Twilight this weekend.
