Joshua Rahn, Patrick Craemer, Saint John's
We classify these two runners together simply because we think they will be running together. The Pioneer teammates will be looking to win a team title and know that a strong finish by both of them (as well as fellow classmate Joe Walsh) could make the difference. Rahn clocked 15:41 at Wrentham when he won his race at the Bay State Invitational on Oct. 14 so he certainly could figure in the mix in that top pack. Craemer ran 15:49 at Bay State and placed second to Rahn at the Central Massachusetts Division 1 State Meet. These are two runners that are familiar with each other's company and you know they'll use that to their advantage on Saturday. A victory by either one may be a long-shot with a top-five shot a bit more realistic.
