With more than 2,400 votes tallied, last week's Poll was our biggest yet. The competition was the stiffest, too. Who was the winner? With 1,189 votes, Lowell's Chris Polanco was voted our top performer of the weekend. Polanco was nominated for his victory in the mile at the Yale Track Classic. Finishing a close second was the Franklin girls, who clocked a nation No. 9 in the 4x800-meter relay at the Division I State Relays. The Lady Panthers accumulated 1,117 votes.
