Franklin Park will be the home of the 2014 All State Finals for the first time since 2011. The park went through a major renovation process in 2012, and it has been out of the mix ever since. The historic park has been the home of cross-country races for over 100 years. We all love the other state courses, but maybe now is the time that we make this our permanent All State location.
