Well it looks like Ryan Oosting is peaking at just the right time. The Arlington junior will be defending his 5K crown at the New Balance Nationals Outdoor (NBNO) Nationals in less than two weeks. In a tune-up for that race, Oosting won his second straight mile and two-mile crowns at All States. He began the day by beating fiery opponents, Newton North's Andrew Mah (second, 9:13.32) and St. John's Prep's Tristan Shelgren (third, 9:20.36) in the two mile with a nation No. 1 of 9:06.17.
