Worcester Tech's Adja Sackor was a double-winner in the girls' meet. The defending long and triple jump champion won both her specialties at Saturday's competition, held at Shepherd Hill. She leaped a state-leading 18-3 in the long jump and had a distance of 37-2 in the triple jump, which ranks No. 2 statewide. Uxbridge's Madison Cahill captured the high jump by clearing 5-4.
In the boys' competition, Leominster's John Gove ran one of the state's fastest times in the 800m, breaking the tape in 1:55.69. Marlborough's Manny Teo tossed the shot put a season best of 51-11.5. St. John's Patrick Craemer was a convincing victor in the two mile, posting a nearly eight-second win with his time of 9:24.98.
