Boys Two Mile
This is Marcelo Rocha's first race since Foot Locker Nationals. The Peabody junior has never broken 9:25 indoors or out, and this could be his opportunity. The meet record--9:06 by current University of Oregon cross country coach Andy Powell--is probably a bit out of reach, as is Thomas Ratcliffe's MA #1 8:57, but Rocha could well slide into the #2 spot in the Massachusetts two mile rankings.
