• All qualified athletes plus one free entry per team, per event (if they are close to the standard)
• Any 4 events format.
• All heats will run slow to fast.
• No trials/final format. All Finals! 
• Field Events begin at 10:00 AM and Track events begin at 10:15 AM
• Field events will be set inflights by seed (best to less best)
• All throws and horizontal jumps will receive 4 jumps/throws. NO TRAILS / FINALS

• Long Jump: (2 Pits)Girls and Boys Followed by the Triple Jump Girls and Boys
• Shot Put: Girls Followed by Boys
• High Jump: Girls followed by Boys
• Discus: Boys followed by Girls
• Javelin: Boys followed by Girls
• Pole Vault (G-B) on Friday Night @ Mount Greylock

Track Start Time = 10:30 AM (Rolling schedule)
