           Entry Guidelines: You are allowed 2 entries per individual event and 1 team per relay in the 4 relays
         *** DUE TO 1 LONG JUMP/TRIPLE JUMP PIT YOU ARE ONLY ALLOWED 1 ENTRY PER EVENT***
                                                      Only the 8" and the 12' boards will be used
  2 ENTRIES IF BOTH OF YOUR ENTRIES HAVE MEET THE STANDARD BELOW THESE JUMPS MUST BE VERIFIED                                    LONG JUMP GIRLS 15'3" BOYS 19'6" TRIPLE JUMP GIRLS 31' BOYS 40'
                    *** 1500/1600 Runners MUST have run under 6:00 and 5:30 to be entered***
                         *** 3000/3200 Runners Must have run 12:00 and 11:30 to be entered***
                                                                      Scratches are due by 9:15

Shot Put Girls followed by Boys 3 Throws in Trials Top 9 to Final
Weight Throw Boys followed by Girls 3 Throws in Trials Top 9 to Final
Long Jump Girls followed by Boys 3 Jumps in Trials Top 9 to Final
Triple Jump Girls followed by Boys 3 Jumps in Trials Top 9 to Final
High Jump Boys followed by Girls 4'4" & 5' starting Up by 2" Until 5' for Girls 6' For Boys then by 1"

Pole Vault Girls followed by Boys 7' & 9' starting Up by 6" Until 9' for Girls 12' For Boys then by 3"

1 All teams must drop-off at the side of the Springfield Field House and use the Main Entrance.
Pole Vaulters ONLY will use the Overhead door.


2 Teams must set up their "camps" on the adjacent sides of the track and the upper bleachers and stay out

of the competition area unless competing. All athletes should (MUST) be AWARE of their surroundings

at all times.


3 Facility is an 8-lane Straight away 6 -lane on the turn, 200M track (1/4" spikes allowed) in field events

also.


4 Springfield College has 1 LJ/TJ pit, 1 of each PV & HJ Pits, and 2 throwing circles (one with a cage for

the weight throw). All will be used at the same time to expedite the meet.


5 Any protests will go to Mark Mindel, the meet Referee.


6 Coaches: PLEASE POLICE YOUR TEAM AREA BEFORE YOU LEAVE!


7 All Section 2, NYPHSAA and National Federation Rules apply.
8 Starting blocks will be provided and can only be used in the 55 and 55 Hurdles.


9 Schools must supply their own batons
10 All events will be FAT supplied by LIVE RESULTS @ FINISHRIGHT.COM
11 Scoring will be 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 (8 places)

12 Awards: Medals to the Top 8 in all events
