Order of events -
Field @ 2:00 (flights best to 'less best', LJ/TJ open pit)
- Girls - Jav, Disc, LJ (TJ follow LJ)
- Boys - Shot, LJ, HJ (TJ follows LJ)
Running @ 2:15
- 2:15 - 4x800 mixed gender
- 2:45 - 60 meter hurdles -
- starting line will be the same distance as to the first hurdle, but will be set up before hurdle #6 - so really it's not an actual 60 meter race, but a 5 hurdle race - different start lines for boys and girls will be needed.
- 3:15 - 100 m dash
- 3:45 - 400 m run
- 4:15 - 300 m hurdles -300 m start line, skip 400 hurdle #3 and begin hurdling on hurdle #4-10
- 4:45 - Mile Run
