Meet Information
- All track events will be run as a timed final, and there will be no awards or team scoring at this meet.
- Entry Restrictions: 6 athletes per team (each gender) for running events, and Long, Tiple and High Jump, 2 relay teams per school (each gender), and 3 athletes per team (each gender) in the Iron Throw
- Iron Throws and Running Events will begin at 10:00 am and Field Events will begin at 10:30 am

IRON THROWS WILL BEGIN AT 10:00 AM
Girls: Start at Discus, followed by Javelin, and close out at Shot Put
Boys: Start at Javelin, followed by Discus and close out at Shot Put
The Iron throws challenge: Choose no more than 3 throwers per school of each gender. Each of them must compete in all three throws with a total score being the distance = Javelin distance + Discus distance + Shot Put distance x 3 (this better balances the value of the 3 throws each).

Frosh/Soph Long Jump: Girls followed by Boys
Varsity LongJump: Girls followed by Boys
High Jump: Girls

10:00 AM DISTANCE CARNIVAL RUNNING EVENTS (Girls followed by Boys)
Events will run Slow to Fast
1. 2 Mile
2. Frosh/Soph Mile
3. Varsity Mile
4. Frosh/Soph 800
5. Varsity 800
6.Break
7. Distance Medley Relay (1200, 400, 800, 1600)
8. 1600 Sprint Medley Relay (200, 200, 400, 800)
9. 4x800
10. Break
11. 2k Steeplechase
12. 2k Elimination Race (run a 2k (5 laps) and eliminate the last one to three runners each lap (depending on how many enter) to get down to a 4-6 person final lap and crown a winner.)
