Time schedules are approximate times:
8:00 a.m. Course Open for Preview
9:00 a.m. Freshman Girls Race 3K
9:30 a.m. Freshman Boys Race 3K
10:00 a.m. Girls Open 3k
10:30 a.m. Boys Open 3k

Costs: $100 for 1 gender & 1 Race
$150 for 2 genders & 2 Races or 1 Gender & 2 Races
$250 for 3 or more races
Awards: Individual medals
1-10 Freshmen Boys
1-10 Freshmen Girls
1-10 Open Boys
1-10 Open Girls
Entries: Unlimited for all schools*
Meet Director will consider breaking a race into divisions (based on current MIAA school population) if any
race gets over 300 entrants.
Entry Procedures:
Coaches must first contact the Meet Director (pmolloy@tewksbury.k12.ma.us) to confirm attendance.
Rosters in MS Excel or Google Sheets are due by Monday September 9th, 2019 - I will send you a template!!!!

Personal checks are discouraged & will only be accepted upon prior approval
Submitting a PO or school check affirms that your AD/Principal is aware and approves of your attendance to this meet.
PO/Checks are due by MONDAY September 9th, 2019, submitting electronic copy is prefered.

A small concession stand will also be on hand
A DJ will be on hand to provide music & a great meet atmosphere!
Parking Information
All Busses can drop off teams @ the XC course they will then be directed to the Wynn Middle School (600m away)
for parking
Parking close to the XC course will be on a first come-first serve basis. Parents are encouraged to park at the Wynn
Middle School & walk to the XC Meet.
