11:44 am Division 1 Coed Relay #1 (2 Girls & 1 Boy) - 5K
12:10 pm Division 1 Coed Relay #2 (2 Boys & 1 Girl) - 5K
1:00 pm Division 2 Freshman/Sophomore Girls Relay - 5K
1:28 pm Division 2 Freshman/Sophomore Boys Relay - 5K
1:53 pm Division 2 Junior/Senior Girls Relay - 5K
2:20 pm Division 2 Junior/Senior Boys Relay - 5K
2:44 pm Division 2 Coed Relay #1 (2 Girls & 1 Boy) - 5K

Awards Medals to the top 10 teams in each race.
Relay teams may collect their medals by the finish line after the official results are posted.
Entry Information and Limits
Each relay team must consist of 3 runners.
Each runner will race a leg which is approximately 1.04 miles.
There is no limit on the number of relay teams a school may enter in each race.
Teams do not need to bring batons, the MSTCA will supply relay bracelets for each team.
Final leg must finish with the bracelet.

All entries are done on www.directathletics.com.
Late Entry Policy
If a school misses the Monday deadline, the coach must contact and receive permission from the Meet
Director to enter.
October 8: Late entry fee is $50 per single gender team
October 9: Late entry fee is $100 per single gender team
After October 9, no entries will be accepted. Late fees must be paid before your team is allowed to
compete.
Entry Fees: $16 per relay team
$155 max per gender per school ($285 maximum per school if both b/g attend)
Each school must notify the MSTCAs Finance Officer at mstca.billing@gmail.com of its payment plan for the
entry fees prior to the day of the meet.
** If a school is using the MSTCAs Single Payment method, the school should notify the MSTCA via
email and include any Purchase Order number which is attached to the Single Payment.
** If a school is paying with a Purchase Order for this meet only, the school should notify the MSTCA of
the PO number via email.
** If a school is paying by check in advance, the school should mail the check to the address listed below
and notify the MSTCA via email.
** If a school is paying by check on the day of the meet, the school should notify the MSTCA of this
intent via email.

roster and must be submitted to MSTCA President Jim Hoar, 31 Campion Road, Yarmouthport, MA
02675 by September 18, 2019. Forms/Rosters may also be sent electronically to
hoarj@dy-regional.k12.ma.us. See below or visit www.mstca.org for a copy of the waiver.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
No grills, fires, or cooking is allowed at the Wrentham Development Center grounds.
No dogs or other animals are allowed on the Wrentham Development Center grounds
Coaches must keep their athletes from running between the buildings where patients reside.
Remind your spectators that there is a $5 parking fee per carload.
All tents must be WEIGHTED & SECURED
NO DRONES are allowed at any MSTCA events.
