Arlington Catholic "Workout of the Week":
It doesn't always take a Milesplitmass crew to visit your school to produce a Workout of the Week Video. This awesome video was sent to us by Arlington Catholic High School as the Cougars tackle the hills of Robbins Farm in Arlington. We would like to thank Coach Dempsey and his staff for producing this great video, which allows us to look into a typical practice of the Catholic Central Champions.
