Depth and endurance. Those are two qualities the Marshfield High runners have this fall and what just might bring the Rams an Atlantic Coast League title. Led by captains Meg Banks, Josie Guarino, Stephani LaCasse, Sarah Nicoll, and Caroline Weber, this Marshfield team is deep. It also features Kate Spitler, Elizabeth Vincent, and first-year cross country runner Bri Doherty, a familiar face on the track scene. Doherty runs indoor and outdoor track for the Rams.Marshfield has a very strong top four, all capable of winning races. The foursome includes Doherty, Nicoll, Spitler, and Banks. “These four girls are very close in both workouts and races,” Ryan said.
