The Wachusett girls and the Westborough boys collect team titles.
Nadia Eke of Holy Name set two meet records! She won the long jump (18'8.25") and the triple jump (41'1").
Katie Carlson of Wachusett and Abby Hurd of Nashoba would push the pace in the second half of the 2 mile and finished in 11:05.68 and 11:09.20 respectively.
Emily Clark of Nashoba won the 400m hurdles in 63.93.
Laura Williamson of Wachusett won the 800m in 2:13.97; pulling freshman Alexia Lipman of Bromfield to second place in 2:16.44.
John Murray of Shrewsbury won the 2 mile in 9:27.60; well off his 2010 winning time of 9:07.38. But there is always a plan when it comes to Murray and the post season.
Richard Sterndale of Westborough won the javelin with a throw of 185'5".
Matt Thompson of Clinton won the discus at 151'2".
Jeremy Bennie of Wachusett won the mile in 4:20.94. He was followed by Dan Zawalich of Saint John's (4:23.57), Brendon Robertson of Westborough (4:24.53), and Anthony Fierimonte of Algonquin (4:25.73). Zawalich would later finish second in the 800m (1:58.87) behind Alex Jagelsky of Wachusett (1:57.95).
Sarah Hilton of Groton-Dunstable got the win in the 100m (12.59), but freshman Domonique Hall of Shrewsbury had another fine showing, finishing second in 12.65.
Emily Dawidczyk of Oxford won the 200m in 25.77.
Mimi Narbonne of Bromfield led 4 girls under 60 seconds in the 400m. She won the event in 58.25.
Erin Silva of Westborough won the pole vault at 10'6".
Brett Buskey of Blackstone-Millville ran 10.94 to win the 100m and just missed the meet record of 10.90 set in 2008 by Ryan Ruffing.
Jair Cruikshank of Nashoba set a new meet record with his winning time of 55.38 in the 400m hurdles. Geoffrey Gichuhi of Doherty finished second in 56.88.
It was a close boys 4x400m race, but Whitinsville Christian would get the win in 3:29.04. Doherty was second (3:29.74), and Wachusett was thrid (3:29.81).
Westborough continues to be the Massachusetts powerhouse in the pole vault. They took the top 3 spots in the event, led by Will Plummer at 13'6".
Shane Ruffing of Westborough won the triple jump (43'8.5") and the 110m hurdles (15.13).
