Medford senior Tristen Howard finished 3rd in last year's MIAA Division 2 Championships for the 55 meter dash, but has steadily improved this winter including a 6.47 PR victory at the MSTCA Coaches Invitational at the end of January which has him as a favorite to claim a Division title on Thursday.
