        Ranking first overall on our Central Division 1 girls list is Emma Sullivan from Shepherd Hill Regional High School. Sullivan, our only sub 19:00 5k runner on the list, ran her personal best (18:54.11) at the Bob McIntyre Twilight Invitational. Sullivan would go on to finish 6th at the MIAA Central Division Championships with a time of 19:40.10, second highest among 2019 returners behind Sydney Adams of Groton Dunstable Regional High School (19:20.70). This race would be Sullivan's last XC race of the 2018 season.

        Ranking second on our list is the aforementioned Sydney Adams of Groton Dunstable Regional High School. Adams ran her 2018 personal best 5k of 19:13.50 at the Nashua North Invitational.
