How have our top sprinters done that last two years? Who has improved the most from 2017 to 2018? We looked through the data and compiled the results. Lowell's Richmond Kwaateng, our state 100-meter champion, saw a nearly half-second improvement when he broke the tape at the All State Meet in a PB of 10.70.
