For the first time ever this weekend, the MIAA All State Finals will be held at the Wrentham Developmental Center, a course that is certainly susceptible to fast times. In 2013, former Burlington' standout Paul Hogan set the current course record for boys of 15 minutes, 8.6 seconds when he won his race at the Eastern Massachusetts State Meet (see Story). Tristan Shelgren of St. John's Prep clocked the second best time on the 5K course this past weekend when he finished at 15:14.75. Newton North's Andrew Mah is No. 3 on the list after his winning 15:20.40 at the Coaches Invitational on Nov. 4.
