With the meet taking place a week before the All State Finals, the divisional state championships are rarely shy of top efforts by our Bay State athletes. At the Eastern Division State Meet, former Marblehead great and recent New York City Marathon winner Shalane Flanagan owns the top time with a 17:08 winning time from the 1999 race. Since 1998, 13 have dipped under 18 minutes.
