With seven top-four placements, including victories in the 4x200m (1:46.75), 4x400m (4:03.97) and the pole vault (7.62m), Andover eked out a narrow 60-57 win over runner-up Newton North in the girls' Division I Relays.
Newton North also relied on its depth, mustering just one victory, edging Andover in the shuttle hurdle relay with a time of 1:05.49 to the Golden Warriors' 1:05.49.
Newton South came on top in three relays. The Lions combined for a winning time of 12:46.26 in the DMR. With a quick 2:13 opening 800m leg from Clare Martin, Newton South also won the sprint medley relay (4:11.49) and was timed in 21:57.80 to capture the 4x1600m.
