Cost:  $ 400 per Co-ed Team     $ 250 for single sex   Full Entries or  

       $  10 per Individual Entry  Per event    or

       $  25 per relay


Entry Procedure:   

You will have to get the meet password to enter

You must have your entries in to MileSplit by Friday,January 5 at 10:00 PM. 


Entries:Will be posted at on Sat 1/6  

Entry Guidelines:  

You are allowed 2 entries per individual event and 2 teamsper relay in the 3 relays.   

You are allowed 2 additional field event entries and2 additional running event entries            "wild cards".      


Scratches are due by 9:15

All teams must drop-off at the side of the SpringfieldField House and use the Main Entrance. Pole Vaulters will use the Overhead door. 


ONLY Scratches are due by 9:15; coaches meeting at 9:45,"gun goes off" 10:00. 


Teams must set up their "camps" on the adjacent sides of thetrack and the upper bleachers and stay out of the competition area unlesscompeting.  All athletes should be AWAREof their surroundings at all times for safety.


Facility is an 8-lane Straight away 6 - lane on the turn,200M track 

(1/4" spikes allowed) in field events also. 


Springfield College has 1 LJ/TJ pit, 1 of each PV & HJPits, and 2 throwing circles (one with a cage for the weight throw).  

All will be used at the sametime to expedite the meet.   

Any protest goes to Mark Mindel, the meetReferee.   A five-person games committeewill be appointed. 




All Section 2, NYPHSAA and National Federation Rulesapply. 


Starting blocks will be provided and can only be used forthe finals of the

55M hurdles and 55M. 


Schools must supply their own batons. 


All events will be FAT supplied by Finish RightTiming.  Live results will be availablefor free.


Scoring will be 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 (8 places) 


Awards:  Top 8 inall individual events get medals 

            Top 8relay teams get medals 

            Top 3teams get trophies 


This meet will be open to Schools fromNY-NJ-CT-PA-MT-VT  

(Adjoining NY State).
