As we have indicated, the cross-country season has reached the midway point and the championship season is just around the corner. What we've done here is compiled a series of Virtual Meets of each sub division in the Central Division. These meets are based on top 5K times that have been run by each runner this fall at the Frank Kelley Invitational, Battle of the Border and Wachusett Invitational as well as out-of-state competitions such as the Ocean State Invitational (RI), Manchester Invitational (NH), Bowdoin X-C Classic (NY), Wickham Park Invitational (CT) and Woods Trail Run (VT). It also includes a few league meets that have been put into our system. Keep in mind that teams have still not shown their true potential quite yet, hoping to have their athletes peak at just the right time. But this does provide a good indicator at who are the top athletes and teams so far this fall.

* Important date! The Central Division State Championships are set for Nov. 11 at the Gardner Municipal Golf Course.
