Salute to Our Seniors: Kris Horn

Kris Horn : Pembroke High School

Kris is the hardest working athlete I have ever coached. His national championship in the decathlon started with his training in the summer and fall. He really bought in and did all the little things it takes to be a great athlete. He was always the first to practice and last to leave. Kris set his goals extremely high and always displayed the confidence needed to achieve them. He took extra time to help teach his teammates and always put the team goals ahead of his personal goals.----Coach Rooney
