The Redmen senior has consistently been one of our top middle-, long-distance runners with range from 800m to 5,000m.
On the dirt trails last fall, she had a trio of runner-up placements at the Merrimack Valley Conference Championships, Coaches Invitational and Eastern Division 4 State Championships. In all three races she finished behind older sister Emily Sessa. Well, her elder sibling has graduated, which means she'be the favorite to snare those titles this season. You also can't count her out to take home top honors at the Division 2 All State Finals. With 2:10 speed for 800m, she'll certainly have the edge if it comes down to the final 100m stretch at Wrentham, teh site of this November's meet.
