It’ll be one big red swath a mile long when the Masconomet cross-country team hits the paths of the Cape Ann League once again this year.
Joe Casey, now in his 38th year coaching cross-country, has welcomed 105 runners onto his team, certainly a change from when he began coaching in the 1970s.
