Taking each athlete's top 100 Meter Dash and 200 Meter Dash times from the 2019 Outdoor Track & Field season and combining them, we have generating a list of some of the top overall girls sprinters from Massachusetts.
Leading the pack is Samirah Moody from Rivers School. Moody ran her fastest 100m time of 2019 at the ISL Championship Meet in the preliminary race. Moody would go on to finish 1st in the finals at the meet in not only the 100m, but also in the 200m and the Long Jump. Moody's fasted 200m, however, came at the 2019 New Balance Nationals Outdoor meet, good enough to get her 9th in the preliminary round - missing out on the finals by one spot. Her combined 100m and 200m time from the 2019 Outdoor Track & Field season was 36.32 seconds.
Amesbury High School - who also ran 12.24 and is 5th overall on this list. Jordahl-Henry's fasted 200m time came at the Massachusetts (MIAA) All-State Outdoor Championship
where she finished first with a time of 24.31. Her combined best 100m and 200m time from 2019 was 36.55.
