Not too many runners were able to improve upon their All-State Final times from a year ago. Albeit on a different course, but last year's meet at Wrentham Developmental was not run on a snow packed course as was found on Sunday at Stanley Park. Check out the time difference from all runners who competed in the past two All-State finals as well as time comparisons with their 5K season bests.

On average, boys returning runners ran 41 seconds slower than last year's All-State Finals and the girls returning runners ran 67 seconds slower than last year's All-State Finals.

Comparing times by runners at the All-State Finals this year and their season best 5K times entering the meet, the boys slowed by 1:24 on average compared to the girls who were 1:47 off of their 2018 season best times on average.
