State Record For Boys 600m?
One of the more exciting events during the indoor track season last winter was the boys' 600m where former Burncoat star Rodney Agyare-May and Newton North's Theo Burba both broke 1:19. Agyare-May led the charge by breaking the state record with a best of 1:18.31, a time he ran to take the New England title. The Burncoat runner has graduated and is now competing for Harvard, Burba is back and was mere strides behind Burba in several races. He certainly can erase the one-year-old mark?
