GARDNER — St. John's placed five runners in the top 20 and captured its fifth straight Division 1 Central Mass. championship Saturday at Gardner Municipal Golf Course.
The Pioneers finished with 62 points, Nashoba (69) was second and Shrewsbury (82) third. Those teams advance to the state championship Saturday at Franklin Park in Boston.
