Saint John's Amazing Solo Effort !

The St. John's Shrewsbury Distance Medley Team made a valiant effort to qualify for the National Championships last Saturday at the Last Chance to qualify Invitational at Notre Dame Academy. The foursome of Joe Clark (1200M), Ryan Nix (400M), Connor Murphy (800), and Jon Green (Mile) ran the entire race by themselves and amazingly just got under the National Qualifying Standard of 10:30 seconds. This is a great story and it would never have been possible without the flexiblility of meet Director Rick Kates. A great example of the track community coming together in the best interest of the athletes. Another great job by Coach Infascelli for putting this video together.
