MARLBORO -- This is shaping up to be one of those special seasons for the Nashoba Regional girls' cross country team -- the kind that live on in Chieftain folklore for years to come. The stacked Nashoba squad accomplished its first major goal of the championship season on Saturday afternoon by claiming the Mid-Wach B title. The Chieftains dominated the competition, officially winning the meet before all but one other team had a single runner across the finish line, as the Green and Gold captured five of the top six places and won the meet by 46 points on the 3.1-mile course at Ghiloni Park.
