Performance Lists For Spring Relays

Who will win the team competition at this year's Spring Relays? We'll get those answers this weekend as all four divisions will be battling it out at various venues. Check out below all the teams competing on Saturday and Sunday in each division!


Division 1

Saturday at Lincoln Sudbury

Newton South grad Clare Martin  clocked a 2"13 800-meter leg for her team's winning SMR squad in 2017.

Newton North and Andover are the defending boys' and girls' winners, respectively. Newton North won its second straight crown with an 11-point victory over Boston College High. Andover was a narrow three-point victor over runner-up Newton North.

Division 2

Sunday at Walpole


Concord-Carlisle won three events at last year's meet.

Hingham has just one victory for the day, but it also had six top-3 placements to take the girls' title last year. In the boys' competition, it was Central Catholic holding off Andover and Woburn in a tight battle for the crown.

Division 3

Sunday at North Reading


Milton's Bridget Mitchell en route to her anchor leg on the team's first-place 4x800m relay squad in 2017.

Spurred by four wins, MIlton claimed the girls' title last year, defeating Hopkinton, 85-72. Burlington will be gunning for its fourth straight title this weekend after winning the boys' competition last year with a convincing 73-54 win over Wakefield Memorial.

Division 4

Saturday at Apponquet Regional


Newburyport captured the 4x1,600m relay at last year's meet in 18:45.19.

North Reading, which has moved up to Division 3 this season, had a clean sweep last year. The Hornets defeated Amesbury, 70-54, for the girls' title and were a 78-41 victor over runner-up Old Rochester in the boys' competition. Both teams collected four wins in their triumphs.
