Thomas Lingard, Lexington (MA)
Lingard is primarily a middle distance runner. He was last year's 1,000-meter champion at the All State Meet and this year has enjoyed some success at 600m where he is No. 2 in the state with a best of 1:21.91. The Lexington standout has a best of 4:18 for the mile on the outdoor surface and this year has a season best of 4:23. He's a competitor so we know he'll be at the Grand Prix looking to PR in front of the masses at Reggie Lewis. Considering what he's done the last few years, we think it will happen this weekend.
