Needham junior Davonte Burnett has the state's best time for 100 and 200 meters
In our last poll, referring to our top sophomore performer, nearly 1,400 votes were cast throughout the week. Collecting 56 percent of them and earning our top spot was Central Catholic's Joe Howshan with his time of 55.55 for the 400-meter hurdles. St. John's John Curtin's leap of 44-9.5 in the triple jump was No. 2 with 37 percent.
