Massachusetts athletes will be spread out at three different meets this Saturday. The boys' and girls' Coaches Invitational and the Andover Boosters Invitational.
Among some of the top athletes at Andover are Newton South's Calene Lazare (see above), who last week captured the 100-meter dash at the Twilight Invitational with a state-leading 12.08 seconds. Lazare's teammate Caroline Barry is the No. 1 seed in the 3,000m with a best of 11:06.7. Plymouth South's Madelyn Sessler is entered in the 100m hurdles where she owns a best of 14.78. For the boys, Needham's Davonte Burnett brings a 21.7 best for 200m.
