WATCH Division 1 Spring Relays LIVE on MileSplit!

WATCH LIVE ON MILESPLIT

For the second straight day, MileSplit MA will provide a LIVE Stream of the Spring Relays. This one features the top teams from Division I. Newton North will be looking to defend its team titles on both the boys' and girls' side. The Lady Tigers will be aiming for their eighth straight crown on Sunday, while their counterparts are hoping to make it a three-peat.

Both teams are coming off successful indoor campaigns so the potential is there for another Newton North sweep this weekend. But of course the field has several strong contenders that could knock the Tigers off the top of the podium.

There were no meet records established at the 2016 event, but the meet certainly featured some outstanding performances. In the boys' competition, Andover clocked a national-caliber time of 1:29.89 to win the 4x100-meter relay. Newton North was a convincing two-plus seconds ahead of its closest rival to take the 4x400m with a sizzling 3:24.04 effort. The Needham girls had a more than 10-second cushion by the time they crossed the line in the Sprint Medley Relay, combining for a time of 4:11.27!

What will happen on Sunday? If you can't make it to Lincoln-Sudbury for Sunday's Div. 1 Relays, check it out here as MileSplit MA will LIVE stream the meet from start to finish. Just clock the link above.
