Howard Second In 2K Steeplechase At NY Relays

Weston High was among several regional schools that made the trip to Randall Island for the annual New York Relays this weekend. 

Among some of the highlights:

The Wildcats finished fifth in the girls' Sprint Medley Relay with a time of 4 minutes, 34.11 seconds. In the boys' competition, Weston was tenth overall with a time of 3:46.37.

Senior Jillian Howard was second in the 2,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 7:17.69 (US #14).

Also on Saturday, Hampden Charter School of Science competed in the Warrior Track Classic in Niskayuna, NY.
